Terms and Conditions

It is not a condition of counselling but it is generally accepted that  a client sees only one counsellor at a time. This is the general rule unless you come for family or couples counselling. At this time to see another counellor for personal one on one counselling is accepted. 

If you need to cancel a session 24 hour noticed is required. If notice is not given you could be asked to pay.

There is a basic amount charged for one on one counselling. It is more for couples and families. There is a discount for anyone unemployed or a student. 

Each session is 50 minutes in duration.
